Located on the exclusive development of Playa Vista besides the Rubicon Palace Hotel and occupying an elevated position with stunning sea views and a mere 200m walk to the nearest and very popular 'Banana' Beach Bar (aka Chiringuita Tripical), is Villa Oceana. This Villa comprises 5 Bedrooms (3 Double and 2 Twins). 3 Bathrooms and sleeps 10 comfortably. The Villa benefits from having 3 terrace levels with spectacular 180 degree views to fuerterventura and all day sunshine. The downstairs level comes complete with a fully enclosed terrace for those of you looking for complete privacy. Part of this area is fitted out with games including a Table Tennis Table and Darts Board. There is a hanging 'egg chair' and a table and chairs for the drinkers to watch the sports. Inside at this level you will find one of two Lounge areas with modern flatscreen TV (with UK TV ; Sky, Bein, Catchup, movies, Films etc), a Double bedroom, A Twin (Child friendly) bedroom with Nintendo Playstation and Wii in a child friendly Twin room and a third master (en-suite bedroom). A 2nd bathroom at this level is shared by the double and twin bedrooms. Upstairs, the Villa has a large open planned lounge / diner with a 65" Flatscreen TV (with 2nd independant TV package as above) and stunning sea views, a fully fitted Kitchen and two further bedrooms (a 3rd double and a 2nd Twin) and a 3rd bathroom is shared by these bedrooms.
